Cancelling an Order: Is it possible to cancel an order? Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled once the checkout process has been completed. We prioritize processing orders quickly, so once the checkout process is finished, our warehouse is immediately notified to pick and pack the order for shipment. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can contact us within 30 days of your purchase to receive a Return Authorization number and instructions on how to return the item. Please note that this policy only applies to products purchased through drinkhydropower.com, and is limited to one sku per customer (not valid for multiple units of the same item). Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase, and it may take 2-3 weeks for returns to be processed once received. Shipping costs are not covered.

Credit Card Transactions: Why was my card declined even though I have sufficient funds in my account? In order to protect our customers from fraudulent transactions, we verify the billing and shipping address through your credit card company. If the billing address on your Hydro Power account differs from the billing address on your bank's records, your card may be declined. Please verify that your account information is correct, and then notify your credit card company to ensure that they have your most up-to-date information. Additionally, we do not have the ability to validate funds on cards issued by foreign banks.

Product Availability: Why is an item out of stock even though it is still listed on the site? Unfortunately, increased demand can sometimes lead to products selling out unexpectedly.
